    Delegate Manchin moves to amend the bill as follows:

    On page seventy-three, section twenty-four, line twenty-two, immediately following the word “That” by deleting “any revisions to casing programs approved by inspectors as aforesaid shall ensure that the revised casing programs are at least as protective of the environment as the casing and cementing standards required by this section” and inserting in lieu thereof “a supervisory oil and gas inspector or oil and gas inspector may not approve any revisions which are below the minimum casing and cementing standards and requirements established by the secretary”, followed by a period.
